A coach helps an individual develop self-awareness and self-discovery. The coaches work together to identify strengths, develop goals, and practice skills and behaviors to achieve them. Coaches teach, guide, listen, and are support systems for their players.
Ken Rossi
HEAD COACH
Rossi has been head coach of WMC Girls Soccer since 2003. Under his training the team has earned 4 of 8 Conference, 5 of 10 sectionals, both county and 1 state championship games.

Shira Brown
JV COACH
Coach Brown is passionate about bringing her extensive experience to the West Morris Central soccer program. This is her second year leading the JV team, having previously coached for 18 seasons at Mendham High School. Her dedication to the sport extends beyond the sidelines, as she actively plays for Sweeps FC as a defender.

A firm believer in fostering both individual skills and a strong team dynamic, Coach Brown aims to develop well-rounded players who not only excel on the field but also cultivate a love for the game. Coach Brown emphasizes building a supportive environment where athletes learn to celebrate each other's successes and lift each other up during challenges.
